Qualifications for RN Unit Mangers:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 1 year of Nurse Supervisor experience
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience working for a skilled nursing facility or a nursing home.
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our leadership team at. In this role, you will oversee the daily nursing operations, manage a team of nursing professionals, and ensure the highest level of care for our residents. ent.
Responsibilities of RN Unit Mangers:
- Complete resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staff.
- Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to residents & families.
- Provide information to residents & staff by answering questions and requests.
- Maintain safe & clean working environment by implementing rules & regulations.
- Maintain resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processing.
- Maintain documentation of resident care services.
- Maintain a cooperative relationship among health care teams.
Walk-in Interviews Welcome Tuesday to Thursday from 10am to 4pm!
