OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Bloomington, IL by HMD Trucking

Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

What you’ll do:

• Pilot dry van trailers across long-haul routes, ensuring secure, on-time deliveries.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections, maintain logs and follow federal/state rules.
• Work with dispatch to optimize routing and delivery cadence.

Qualifications & compensation:

• CDL-A and minimum 12 months’ experience required. Start pay 65 CPM, average ~2,500 weekly miles, plus safety and referral bonuses and full benefits.
