As a Sales Service Coordinator I, you'll play a critical role in connecting customers, sales teams, and internal operations. From customer setup to invoice completion, you'll help ensure orders move efficiently, issues are resolved quickly, and customers receive the support they need to succeed. What You'll DoAs a key member of our Sales Operations team, you'll serve as a trusted resource for customers and internal stakeholders while helping drive operational efficiency across the order management process:Enter and maintain information in customer master, including set up, managing customer master data, , item trade agreements and item cross reference.Enters orders or maintains EDI information to assure smooth flow of orders into the D365 system.Review errors on EDI orders that are preventing flow into D365, resolve as needed.Reserve order lines in D365 to shipping.Manage orders from receipt through payment of invoices, must understand outbound order lead time to plan, reserve, and release customer orders to ship.Responsible for communicating with shipping and transportation teams to manage order flow and resolve any issues preventing shipments.Research and resolve shipping discrepancies, shortages, issue credits, other resolution as necessary.Provide shipped and open order information to the sales force as needed.Collaborates with finance to monitor customer credit status to ensure timely shipments.Provide information to support customer inquiries.Enter RMAs and Credit memos.Provide exemplary Customer Service from customer set up through payment of invoices.Follow standard operating procedures while performing all tasks.Enter orders or maintain EDI information to ensure smooth flow of orders into the D365 system.Provide post shipment customer and sales force support.Always represent the Company's core values and principles.  What You BringHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.1-3 years of experience in customer service, office administration or comparable function.Proficient computer skills with emphasis on Microsoft Applications.Knowledge of and experience on D365 ERP System.Effective organizational skills and ability to set priorities to manage a fluctuating workload.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to follow standard work instructions.Strong commitment to creating value for the customer.Must understand and embrace the Wahl values and culture.Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor. Why You'll Love Wahl Clipper We offer a competitive benefits package designed to support your well-being and growth, including:Low-cost BCBSIL medical, dental, and vision plansA generous company-matched 401(k) and profit sharingTuition support to fuel your learningPaid holidays and a vibrant, casual work environmentBut that's just the beginning.
