In this impactful role youll:

Help prevent workplace injuries through proactive programming and education
Support employee health wellness and physical conditioning initiatives
Deliver personalized guidance to improve movement safety and performance
Educate employees on injury prevention best practices and healthy habits
Partner with employees and leadership to foster a culture of well-being
Make a meaningful difference in the health and quality of life of those you serve

Supports the creation and implementation of programs focused on the prevention of work injuries physical conditioning and employee education and wellness.

Key Accountabilities

• Conducts employee injury prevention programs education and training.
• Develops exercise programs specific to injury prevention and conditioning needs.
• Collects and document appropriate program data to support the ROI process.
• Develop promote and market wellness and general education programs.
• Supports employee healthcare teams with job function assessment incident investigation and care management.
• Other duties as needed/assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Exercise Physiology Kinesiology Athletic Training or Exercise Science or other related field required.
• Current Adult CPR/AED certifications from American Heart Association American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required.
• Personal Training certification from ACE AFAA ACSM NASM NETA or NSCA a plus.
• First Aid certification from American Heart Association American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute preferred.
• Work experience in a clinical environment (occupational therapy physical therapy cardiac rehab nursing) preferred.
• 2-3 years experience in corporate based health and fitness program preferred.
• Understanding of Biomechanics occupational safety and proficient in exercise prescription preferred.

Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test. The compensation range for this role is $25.00-$30.00/hour The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location qualifications experience skill set and other relevant factors.
