This opportunity offers involvement in small to medium-sized capital projects across refuelling outages, forced outages, and on-line maintenance within a highly regulated power generation environment. The role focuses on planning, scheduling, budget control, contract management, and delivery oversight to ensure work is completed safely, with quality, on schedule, and within budget. This company operates across nuclear, wind, hydro and solar generation, providing a technically complex setting for experienced professionals with strong project delivery expertise.

Required Education:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, project management, business, or a related field from an accredited college or university; alternatively, an associate degree or high school diploma/GED combined with the relevant level of technical or industrial experience stated for the position.

Required Experience:

• Significant project management experience in a multifaceted and/or regulated industrial environment.
• Experience managing complex projects, on-line work management, or refuelling and forced outage related activities.
• Experience overseeing project implementation including budget development, cost tracking, work package preparation, parts procurement, resource loading, work execution, and resolution of schedule delays and conflicts.
• Experience developing and managing contracts and interfacing with vendors, clients, engineers, related parties, and management.
• For scheduling-focused scope, experience in life cycle construction projects with a strong understanding of engineering, procurement, and construction processes.
• For senior-level scope, experience within the nuclear industry directing project management activities and/or applying project management principles.

Required Skills:

• Advanced project management techniques within commercial nuclear power plants or similar facilities.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and control of project activities with the ability to lead project teams and establish priorities across multiple workstreams.
• Budget management and close coordination with finance and project controls functions.
• Knowledge of error reduction, human performance improvement methods, and cost-effective work execution methodologies.
• Ability to prepare and deliver clear written and oral communications to technical stakeholders and senior management.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 is mandatory for scheduling-focused scope.
• Strong understanding of Earned Value Management, risk management, and collaborative delivery across organisational levels.

Required Certifications:

• Project Management certification (Required)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Construction Management Certification (Preferred)
• Previous RO/SRO licence or certification (Preferred)
• Extensive experience as a direct supervisor or project manager in the commercial nuclear industry, focused on maintenance, operations, or construction (Preferred)
• Nuclear plant operator production coordination experience and work management experience in conducting and coordinating plant production work (Preferred)
