Temporary Data Entry Specialist Position Type: Temporary Department: Administrative / Operations Schedule: Monday - Friday, Full-time or Part-time Location: Grasonville, MD Pay: $18-$20 Duration: Estimated 2-3 months Position Summary We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Temporary Data Entry Specialist to assist our team with entering, reviewing, and maintaining accurate information in company systems. This is a temporary position ideal for someone who is organized, comfortable working with computers, and able to complete repetitive tasks with a high level of accuracy. Key Responsibilities Enter and update information accurately in company databases and systems Transfer data from documents, spreadsheets, and other sources into designated systems Review information for accuracy and completeness Identify and correct data entry errors or inconsistencies Maintain organized electronic records and files Perform basic spreadsheet work using Microsoft Excel Handle company and customer information with confidentiality Meet established productivity and accuracy expectations Assist with other administrative projects as needed Qualifications Strong attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable working with computers and learning new systems Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and stay focused on repetitive tasks Reliable and able to meet deadlines Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred, but not required What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is dependable, efficient, and highly detail-oriented .
