Home Health Aide Or CNA

As a Home Health Aide or CNA, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate and professional care to seniors in their own homes. Our team is dedicated to providing affordable and high-quality services that empower seniors to live their best lives.
Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Help with medication management and administration
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including wheelchair use and bed mobility
- Provide companionship and social interaction to promote mental and emotional well-being
- Maintain a safe and clean environment, including household chores and laundry
- Collaborate with our team to develop personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client
- Document client progress and communicate effectively with family members and healthcare providers
Requirements:
- Current certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- 3+ years experience with clients suffering from dimentia, Parkinson's, and/or other progressive age-related conditions
- Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Compassionate and caring attitude towards seniors
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
