Minimum Requirements
Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
Active Washington state PT license is required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Experience with outpatient orthopedic caseloads, including adolescents to geriatric patients.
Comfort treating student athletes and approximately 10% post-stroke patients in the chronic/post-rehab phase.
Experience using WebPT or willingness to train on WebPT EMR.
Ability to complete 1-hour evaluations and 30-minute follow-ups, utilizing aides to supplement care.

Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in an outpatient clinic with a large gym or pool-based programming.
Experience working with therapy aides and managing productivity targets of roughly 12 patients per 10-hour day.
New graduates are welcome; mentorship from tenured staff is available.

Assignment Details
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 4x10s.
Caseload primarily orthopedics with adolescent through geriatric populations; approximately 10% neurological cases post-CVA.
Clinic features a 6,000 sq ft space with a large gym and an in-ground therapy pool (note: PTs/PTAs do not enter the water).
Three therapy aides available to support treatment on the floor.
Productivity expectation: approximately 12 patients per 10-hour day.
