Facilities Operations Lead
CBRE
CBRE is seeking a Facilities Supervisor in California to oversee roughly 80,000 square feet and supervise a maintenance team. You will coordinate vendors, manage daily operations, ensure safety and quality, and keep occupants comfortable. You will partner with landlords, tenants, and service providers, analyze work orders, monitor budgets, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
