Automotive Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician - $5,000 Sign-On Bonus! (Qualified candidates with 5-10 years experience only.)

Commission-based uncapped earning potential. 

Long-term earning potential: $60,000-$150,000+

What You’ll Do: 

• Travel to customer locations or work at an assigned site to repair minor dents and dings using on various vehicles using Dent Wizard’s proprietary PDR process 

• Review completed work with customers, walk lots, write work orders, and negotiate approvals 

• Build strong customer relationships and promote our services 

What We’re Looking For: 

• Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and build relationships 

• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently 

• Toughness and grit to work outdoors in various weather conditions 

• Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks 

• Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds 

• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record

Sign on bonus is subject to state and local laws, terms and conditions, including employment status and length-of-service requirements.
