Nursing Director - Medical/Surgical & Telemetry Leadership

St. Joseph-Medical-Center in Yonkers, NY, seeks a Director of Nursing for Medical/Surgical and Telemetry Units to lead patient care delivery 24/7 under the Chief Nursing Officer. Direct reporting to two Clinical Nurse Managers, with off-shift coverage and budget oversight. As a member of the leadership team, promote a positive culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive staffing, bed management, inventory, and quality initiatives to optimize patient safety and experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr St.-Joseph-Medical-Center
