With over $2.8 billion in annual sales and a commitment to its workforce, Kokosing is the winning team.**Job Description:****Essential Duties and Responsibilities:*** Load, transport, unload, and furnish crew with materials, tools, equipment, and supplies* Clean work area and restock supplies and materials as necessary* Grade checking* Help place and rake concrete* Set and remove pavement, barrier, curb, and sidewalk forms* Perform other routine duties as directed by Foreman* Safely handle electric and gas-powered hand tools, such as circular saws, drills, and cut-off saws.* Use tape measure, folding rule, and 4ft level.**Qualifications:*** High school diploma or equivalent* Have reliable personal transportation* Be willing to work on projects up to 3.5 hours from home + For projects 1.5 hours +, compensation for travel expenses are available* Kokosing is a drug-free workplace**Experience:*** 1+ year(s) of experience in associated Heavy Highway Laborer work preferred, but not required* Experience in the concrete industry is a strong plus* Current STP, OSHA 10 Hour, or OSHA 30 Hour* Kokosing will facilitate STP and OHSA training for those lacking the certificationsKokosing is an equal employment opportunity/affirmative action federal and state contractor.
