Maintenance Technician

Maintenance TechnicianWe are seeking a Maintenance Technician. Majority of duties performed but not meant to be all inclusive or to prevent other duties from being assigned.Ideally, a candidate should have a knowledge of restaurant equipment and working with refrigeration. A candidate should be organized with the ability to prioritize dispatched work orders.Responsibilities:Oversee multiple locations to provide a safe, clean, and well-maintained environmentMaintain good relationships with Cafua Management employees, managers, and corporate staffSatisfy all work orders and requests from the corporate office in a timely mannerMake repairs as necessary, even when not on dispatch sheetTake on-call emergencies and weekend shifts when scheduledTravel requiredQualifications:Experience working restaurant equipment, as well as experience performing general maintenance of the building and repairsAbility to read and interpret documents including but not limited to safety procedures and laws, operating instructions, safety and procedure manuals, and dispatched work ordersAbility to travel frequently through assigned territoryAbility to solve practical problems in a variety of situationsBenefits:Company car and tools provided!Competitive compensation based on experience – Paid weeklyMedical, dental, and vision insurance is offeredTwo weeks of paid vacationCell phone and iPad providedCafua Management Company is an equal-opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding nondiscrimination.
