Job description:

Pay: $22–$25/hr + Bonuses + Full Benefits
Schedule:  Tuesday–Saturday, 10:00–6:30pm .

About the Role

If you’re energized by people and passionate about making a real impact, this role puts you on the front lines of humanitarian work. You’ll represent the  International Rescue Committee (IRC)— a global organization founded in 1933 at the call of Albert Einstein — helping families affected by conflict, disaster, and displacement.

You’ll engage the public, share IRC’s mission, and inspire recurring support through confident, meaningful conversations.

This is an outdoor, street‑based fundraising position requiring 6+ hours of walking/standing daily and achieving 8 donors per week.

Compensation & Benefits

• $22/hr + weekly bonuses (Professional Fundraiser)
• $25/hr + bonuses (Advanced Fundraiser; 9 donors/week)
• Unlimited PTO + 8 sick days/year

• Engage confidently with the public to communicate IRC’s mission and impact
• Build quick, authentic relationships with potential donors
• Inspire recurring support through compelling storytelling and active listening
• Achieve 8 donors per week
• Maintain excellent public‑facing communication and customer service
• Collaborate with your team to strengthen outreach strategy and results
