The HVAC Installation Technician plays a key role in installing, testing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across residential and commercial settings. Working as part of a small team, this role involves hands-on installation, electrical wiring, troubleshooting, and ensuring safety and compliance on site. The technician will primarily handle mixed environment systems and utilize a combination of standard tools and specialized HVAC software. Local travel between job sites is a routine requirement.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems in residential and commercial environments
• Perform electrical wiring and connections following safety standards
• Test equipment to ensure proper operation and efficiency
• Conduct preventative maintenance and troubleshoot system issues
• Interact professionally with customers to explain work and address concerns
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Prepare job sites and maintain tools and equipment
• Document work processes accurately for records and reporting

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in HVAC installation
• High School Diploma or equivalent
