Licensed Practical Nurses

Serenity Hospice Care is looking for compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses to join our team in New Jersey. This individual will be responsible for care & services to patients as needed. Candidates must hold a valid LPN License in the state of New Jersey in order to be considered. This position will be from 7PM to 8AM and will be 1:1 for patients.

Responsibilities:

• Care for patients in the location as needed.
• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Follow care plans and deliver the highest level of care.
• Document medical information as required.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
• Communicate with families and patients.

Requirements:

• Valid LPN License in NJ.
• Prior Hospice Experience a Plus!
• Drivers License with Auto Insurance.
• Reliable Transportation.
