Responsibilities: * Assisting clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and essential medication reminders. * Providing meaningful companionship and emotional support to brighten each client's day. * Observing, tracking, and reporting any subtle changes in a client’s physical health or behavioral well-being. * Ensuring safe, reliable transportation for clients to medical appointments, grocery errands, and community outings. * Collaborating effectively with families and our internal care coordination team to ensure excellent, consistent care. What We Are Looking For: * Completed training as a Nurse Aide (NA) or an active Hawaii state certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). * Prior experience working with seniors or in a home care setting is a plus, but a compassionate heart and a strong work ethic are what matter most. * Valid driver’s license and access to reliable personal transportation. * Ability to safely assist clients with transfer, lifting, and mobility tasks. * Strong communication skills, independent problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative team mindset.
