Job Title: Assembly Associate

Pay Range: $18.25 - $21.25

Position Summary

PRT Staffing is hiring reliable Assembly Associates to support manufacturing operations by safely and efficiently assembling products according to written work instructions. This role uses approved tools and standardized processes to meet quality, productivity, and safety standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assemble products safely and accurately within standard cycle times
• Operate tools, machinery, and equipment in a safe and effective manner
• Follow standardized work instructions and support team production goals
• Verify correct part numbers and ensure prior assembly steps are completed accurately
• Perform ongoing quality checks throughout the assembly process
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Perform additional duties or special projects as assigned

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

• Ability to work in hot or cold environments
• Stand for the duration of the shift
• Use hands to handle tools, parts, and materials
• Perform bending, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, balancing, and stair climbing
• Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Vision requirements include close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, and ability to focus
