Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with company standards.
Drive sales and manage costs to improve profitability.
Recruit, hire, and develop team members for long-term success.
Ensure a safe working environment and adherence to health regulations.
Maintain high-quality food service and customer satisfaction.
