Registered Nurse

Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS

Must-Have:

• Must have 1 year of EPIC experience
• Weekend coverage required every other weekend
• Floating to similar units is required

Description: Shift hours are 19:00 to 07:30. Travelers cannot extend for a fourth consecutive contract. After three consecutive 13-week contracts, travelers will begin the process of converting to employee status. A minimum six-month separation is required to return as a traveler if not converting. Travelers must be 100 miles from every facility to be eligible for travel. Exceptions apply for specific specialties and positions. All staff may float to other units as necessary based on census concerns. Staff will only float to units for which they are qualified. Pre-assignment testing and modules are required for all travelers to complete within specified timelines. Travelers are eligible for reimbursement for hours spent completing modules up to 16 hours. EMR experience with the required system is mandatory. Please contact the agency promptly for any issues that may arise.
