Position Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Contingent Labor Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for tracking and managing non-employee labor resources across the globe, utilizing a variety of tools and methodologies (not limited to resource tracking systems). The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of contingent labor processes and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. The position is US-based and operates during standard business hours, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities Track and monitor all contingent (non-employee) labor resources globally, ensuring accurate and timely collection and management of data using diverse tracking approaches. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to contingent labor. Educate stakeholders on proper non-employee categorization and the rationale behind each classification to ensure compliance and consistency. Analyze labor data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement. Prepare and deliver clear, data-driven reports and presentations for leadership using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Support the development and implementation of best practices for contingent labor management across all regions. Assist in audits and ensure all documentation related to the contingent workforce is maintained accurately. Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive labor data at all times. Qualifications Relevant experience in contingent labor management or workforce tracking, preferably within a multinational environment. Strong understanding of contingent labor processes, compliance requirements, all non-employee labor categories (e.g., contingent workers, project-based resources, independent contractors) and best practices. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., PivotTables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas) and PowerPoint. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
