HealthPlus Staffing is assisting a well-established private dental practice in their search for a skilled General Dentist to join their team!

Schedule: Monday – Friday (Full-Time) Experience: 1+ years as a General Dentist (new grads welcome to apply)

About the Role:

We are seeking a patient-focused, skilled General Dentist to provide high-quality dental care in a welcoming and professional private practice setting. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside an experienced team, perform a wide range of procedures, and build long-term patient relationships.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and treat dental conditions, including fillings, crowns, extractions, and root canals Perform routine and complex dental procedures with precision and care Develop personalized treatment plans to meet patient needs Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and treatment options Work collaboratively with hygienists, dental assistants, and administrative staff Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to compliance standards Ensure a comfortable and positive patient experience

Qualifications:

DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school Active Illinois dental license (or eligibility to obtain one) 1+ years of experience preferred (new graduates encouraged to apply) Strong communication and patient care skills Ability to work efficiently and compassionately in a fast-paced environment
