Schedule: Float pool assignment with every other weekend requirement; no on-call

Requirements:

• Active Michigan RN license in good standing
• Minimum 2 years of recent Medical-Surgical and Telemetry experience (required)
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association
• Ability to work in a float pool environment across multiple patient care areas
• Strong clinical assessment skills with ability to recognize early signs of patient deterioration
• Proficiency in medication administration, IV therapy, and wound care management
