RADIOLOGIST PRACTICE OPPORTUNITY

Less than 1 hour to Charlestons airport, this historic area, tucked away between mountains & riverfront views, can provide a laid back lifestyle away from traffic or congestion. ROLE
\n
No call coverage
\n
No weekends or holidays
\n
Hospital employed role with traditional practice setting
\n
Monday-Friday schedule: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
\n
Interpret and report a wide range of imaging studies with clinical correlation
\n
Review and optimize imaging protocols based on appropriateness criteria
\n
Diagnostic Radiology, CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, Interventional
\n
Participate in peer review, QA activities, MRI safety & protocol review
\n
Collaborate with referring providers on exam selection & imaging interpretation
\n
Participate in multidisciplinary conferences, including Tumor Board discussions
\n

Salary up to $400,000 commensurate with experience
\n
Up to $200,000 in student loan repayment assistance

Ability to obtain/maintain medical license in state of West Virginia
\n Completion of, or in process, of Radiology residency
\n Board Certified/Board Eligible Radiology
\n
Experience interpreting virtual colonoscopies & cardiac CT angiography (or willingness to learn) Preferred
\n
Experience supervising trainees or advanced practice providers, Preferred
\n
Strong interest in quality improvement and interdisciplinary collaboration Preferred
\n
Ability to sponsor J1 waiver
\n
