Duties Draft and file high‑quality patent applications. Oversee patent preparation and prosecution processes. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of submissions. Collaborate with clients on patent strategies. Requirements Minimum of 3 years’ relevant patent preparation and prosecution experience. Undergraduate or advanced degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, software engineering, computer science, physics, or mathematics. Experience with graphics processing units, tensor processing units, accelerators, neural engines, and robotics circuitry and actuators is preferred. Education Undergraduate or advanced degree in relevant fields. Certifications Admission to the USPTO is required. JD and active bar admission in the jurisdiction of practice for associate candidates. Skills Superb writing and communication skills. High level of academic achievement. Solid law firm, engineering, or industry experience.
