Total Rewards As a member of the VCA family, eligible full‑time employees will be rewarded with a comprehensive package, including: Compensation Compensation is negotiable based on education, experience, and other relevant credentials. The annual salary range for this position is $150,000 to $300,000. Salary range listed is based on a 40‑hour work week. This position may also be eligible for other variable pay programs. Licensure in good standing to practice in NY, or the ability to obtain. Residency Trained or Diplomate Board Certification. A commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine and upholding the veterinary code of ethics.
