You will be responsible for overseeing and developing a sales team to drive company revenue.Responsibilities:Oversee and coordinate the sales team activitiesEstablish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales teamAnalyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvementTrack results and trends regularly for business forecastingReport on team and individual performanceDevelop and execute innovative sales strategiesBuild and form new partnerships with potential clientsQualifications:Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fieldExperience as a supervisor or managerFamiliarity with CRM platformsStrong leadership qualitiesAbility to build rapport with clients
