Outpatient Pulmonologist

Provider Careers at NYC Health + Hospitals Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) has an opportunity for an Outpatient Pulmonologist at NYC Health + Hospitals/Gotham Health. We are looking for an Outpatient Pulmonologist to provide services at three of our Gotham Health sites - Broadway, Tremont, and Roosevelt. NYC Health + Hospitals/Gotham Health, Tremont, an ambulatory FQHC community-based practice is located on Webster Avenue in the Bronx. The goal of this Center is to provide outpatient services to patients at high risk of contracting Covid-19, as well as short- and long-term follow-up care for those recovering from the disease. NYC Health + Hospitals/Gotham Health, Broadway, an ambulatory FQHC community-based practice is located on 815 Broadway in Brooklyn. Gotham Health, Broadway is a new, state-of-the-art health center providing comprehensive primary care to the entire family, including patients at high risk of contracting Covid-19, as well as short- and long-term follow-up care for those recovering from the disease. NYC Health + Hospitals/Gotham Health, Roosevelt, an ambulatory FQHC community-based practice is located in the Jackson Heights section of Queens. Opportunity Details Provides full scope of adult inpatient medicine services - diagnosis, treatment and coordination of care. Follows patients diagnosed with COVID and are currently experiencing underlying issues. Trains and supervises advanced practice clinicians. Qualifications Board certified or Board eligible in Pulmonary Medicine Unrestricted NYS license to practice medicine, or the ability to obtain one Wages and Benefits include Annual Base Salary: $235,500* based on 40-hour work week. Annual Continuing Medical Education (CME) Reimbursement. Generous Annual Paid Time Off (PTO): Vacation, Sick, Holiday, and CME days.
