CRMC is dedicated to promoting wellness by providing excellent healthcare services in the most efficient manner and exceeding the expectations of those we serve.Job Summary / DutiesAs a Respiratory Therapist, you will provide quality patient care as a member of the Respiratory Team, develop and ensure the patient plan of care collaboration with physicians, registered nurses, therapists and nursing assistants.Other responsibilities of the Respiratory Therapist position include:Evaluate patient and recommend a treatment planProvide respiratory care to patients with critical and complex medical and surgical conditionsPerform insertion and removal of endotracheal tubesPerform timely and accurate documentationPromote continuous quality improvementTeach and counsel patients/familiesRequirementsEducation: Must be a graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy Program and licensed in the State of AL. Must be a Registered Respiratory Therapist.Experience: Critical Care experience in a hospital setting preferred.Additional Skills / Abilities: Must be a resourceful problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
