Client Relations Manager – Ultra‐Luxury Hospitality (Confidential Environment)

 

We are seeking an exceptionally polished Client Relations Manager to oversee a bespoke, white‐glove hospitality program within a private, high‐security office. This role supports distinguished international principals and requires delivering an uncompromising standard of service marked by precision, discretion, and anticipatory excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct all front‐of‐house and hospitality operations, ensuring a seamless, high‐touch environment at all times
• Lead and develop an elite concierge-style team, upholding impeccable service standards
• Curate and deliver a refined, personalized experience for VIP principals, executives, and guests
• Partner closely with executive services, vendors, and security to ensure flawless execution and confidentiality

Ideal Profile:

• 5+ years of experience in ultra‐luxury hospitality or high‐level client relations
• Proven leadership managing small, service-focused teams in high-expectation environments
• Sophisticated presence with exceptional discretion, cultural awareness, and judgment
• Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering an elevated, “above and beyond” experience

Schedule & Compensation:

• Full-time with flexibility, including select weekends
• Compensation starting at ~$130K+, commensurate with experience
