As a Cross-Functional Production Operations Technician, you’ll rotate across assembly, shipping/receiving, and machine operation on a steady first shift, honing a broad skill set with paid training.A day in the lifeStart at 7:00 AM with a quick team huddle. You might kick off in assembly—building and inspecting components—then transition to machine operation to run equipment and monitor output, and finish the day supporting shipping/receiving to stage, pack, and move materials. Along the way, you’ll solve problems on the fly, collaborate with teammates, and keep quality and safety front and center. Your day wraps at 3:30 PM, with time back for life outside work.What you’ll doRotate between assembly, shipping/receiving, and machine operation based on production needsHandle materials and operate equipment safely and efficientlyPerform basic quality checks and maintain accurate documentationTroubleshoot routine production issues in a fast-paced environmentPartner with warehouse, logistics, and production teams to hit targetsWhat you bringGood English comprehensionGood understanding of MathAble to work with hands with strong manual dexterity skillsStrong problem solving skills with ability to work in a fast paced settingMust be reliable and on time!Manufacturing experience preferred; training will be providedSchedule & payFirst shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM), $21 per hour.
