Responsibilities Promote and sell residential and light commercial heating and cooling equipment using effective sales techniques. Assess customer needs and provide customized solutions to meet their comfort requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and generate repeat business. Stay informed about the latest HVAC products, industry trends, and technological advancements. Collaborate with the team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Utilize technology, including Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams, to enhance sales processes and customer interactions. Qualifications No prior experience is required; we are willing to train individuals with the right attitude and mindset. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Enthusiastic and outgoing personality with a genuine passion for sales. Willingness to continuously improve skills and processes to achieve excellence. Knowledge or experience in boiler sales is highly desirable. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills.
