Sales & Marketing Specialist

The Sales & Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, generate new business, and strengthen client relationships. This role manages digital marketing, website content, social media, trade shows, and business development efforts while supporting the company's overall growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies in collaboration with company leadership.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Create and manage marketing content, including digital media, promotional materials, and branding assets.
• Manage company websites, social media platforms, and online marketing campaigns.
• Improve online visibility through SEO, Google Analytics, and website optimization.
• Maintain company presence on B2B platforms such as LinkedIn and ThomasNet.
• Support branding, corporate messaging, and reputation management initiatives.
• Research market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
• Develop sales plans and provide market feedback to leadership.
• Coordinate and attend trade shows, customer visits, and marketing events.
• Assist with sales and marketing budget planning.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of one year of experience in sales and/or marketing.
• Experience with digital marketing, social media management, SEO, and Google Analytics is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Work Environment

• Approximately 90% office-based and 10% travel for customer visits and trade shows.
• Occasional travel and overtime may be required.
