Overview Physical Therapist – Physical Therapy in Scarborough, Maine, United States. Start date 06/22/2026 for a 13-week travel temporary assignment. Key Highlights Weekly pay: $1,935–$2,017 per week Guaranteed hours: 35 per week Contract duration: 13 weeks Shift: 5×8 days, day shift (08:00–16:30) Start date: 06/22/2026 Setting: skilled nursing facility Responsibilities Conduct patient evaluations and develop targeted PT plans of care for residents in the SNF setting. Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, gait, transfers, and activities of daily living. Document patient progress, adjust treatment plans, and complete timely progress notes and discharge planning. Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and social work teams to coordinate care and ensure safe, effective transitions. Ensure adherence to safety, infection control, and regulatory standards during therapy sessions. Communicate with families and caregivers as appropriate to support continuity of care and education. Requirements Ability to work in a skilled nursing setting and follow established protocols. Eligibility to participate in a travel assignment in Maine. Strong interpersonal skills and effective documentation abilities. Commitment to a 13-week assignment and reliable attendance.
