You understand that sports never sleep, and you’re ready to bring your energy to nights, weekends, and game days.**What You’ll Do*** Create engaging content (photo, video, graphics, and copy) that captures the excitement of Tacoma Rainiers Baseball.* Manage daily posting, scheduling, and community engagement across all social media platforms.* Develop creative campaigns that drive fan interaction and ticket sales.* Capture and edit video for use across digital platforms.* Collaborate with internal teams on marketing, sponsorship, and in-game promotions.* Support website content updates and assist with advertising planning and placement.**What You Bring*** Experience managing social media for a sports team, league, or brand.* Strong video editing skills and comfort shooting short-form content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).* A collaborative mindset and a willingness to jump in wherever needed.* The flexibility to work untraditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and game days.\*\*Why You’ll Love It Here\*\*You’ll join a small but mighty creative team that’s passionate about Tacoma, baseball, and making an impact through storytelling.
