About the Position

Job Opportunity – Med/Surg Telemetry RN – Ohio

Start Date: November 2026

Location: Northeast Ohio

Schedule: Night shift, three 12-hour shifts per week, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Requirements:

• Active and permanent Ohio RN license or active Compact State RN license (must be in hand at time of application)
• Minimum 12 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications (must be active at time of submission)
• NIHSS certification required
• Professional reference from a manager, supervisor, or director from an assignment within the past 12 months
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions only)
• Clear background check and license verification (no open cases or license issues)
• Completion of BCI/FBI fingerprinting within 48 hours of contract signing
• Negative drug screen within 12 months of start date
