Job Title: Warehouse Service Associate
Location: Santa Clara, CA (Onsite)
Shift: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $22.81/hr (W2)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Warehouse Service Associate to support product readiness and service operations for medical equipment. This role involves warehouse tasks, equipment cleaning, inspection, minor repairs, and occasional delivery support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse & Operations

Perform receiving, staging, and handling of medical equipment
Maintain a clean and organized workspace (5S standards)
Load/unload equipment safely using proper techniques

Cleaning & Maintenance

Clean and disinfect medical equipment
Perform routine maintenance and pre-installation checks
Inspect equipment for mechanical, electrical, or cosmetic issues

Repair & Troubleshooting

Perform minor repairs (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic)
Use tools, meters, and gauges to diagnose issues

Delivery Support

Assist in delivery and pickup of medical equipment
Safely move and secure products during transport

Documentation & Systems

Complete reports, logs, and documentation
Use computers, tablets, or mobile devices for tracking and reporting

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
1–3 years of warehouse, logistics, or technical experience
Basic mechanical or repair experience preferred
Ability to use hand tools and basic diagnostic equipment
Comfortable using computers and digital systems
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Physical Requirements

Lift up to 65 lbs regularly
Move large equipment (with proper techniques)
Stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout shift

Preferred Skills

Experience in medical equipment / field service / maintenance
Mechanical or electrical troubleshooting experience
Warehouse or distribution experience
