About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Strategic Partnerships to lead the development and execution of a robust partnership ecosystem. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and owning the end-to-end partnership strategy, including various partnership types such as channel, integration, marketplace, and distribution. This role demands a leader with a proven track record in partnership P&L management, quota accountability, and a strong background in go-to-market strategy and indirect sales models. The VP will be tasked with building and leading a high-performing partnerships team, setting and achieving performance standards, and ensuring that partnerships translate into measurable growth and impact. Cross-functional collaboration is essential, and the ideal candidate will have the ability to influence and work with senior stakeholders across various functions. Applicants for the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships role at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' experience in partnerships, channel sales, or business development, with at least 6 years in a leadership capacity. The role requires an individual with exceptional executive presence, communication, and negotiation skills, capable of engaging with C-suite partners and internal executive teams. A strong understanding of healthcare, digital health, or employer benefits ecosystems is crucial, and direct experience in the digital health and benefits space is a plus. The VP will be expected to travel up to 25% and must be adept at building, leading, and scaling partnerships teams, as well as continuously optimizing partnership strategies for maximum impact.
