Job Responsibilities
PSS (Patrice Support Specialist) is an MA w/ front office experience


Phel experience is not required for a PSS position


will accept MA with front and back office experience


Schedule and confirm patient appointments, check-ups and physician referrals
Answer telephones and direct calls to appropriate staff
Greet visitors, assess purpose of visit, and direct them to appropriate staff.
Compile and record medical charts, reports, and correspondence.
Ensure patient completes Privacy forms
Check patients in and out
Collect Co-pays



Required Skills
Customer service and computer skills, some medical experience preferred
