Registered Nurse - ICU

Job Summary:
Seeking experienced ICU Registered Nurses to provide specialized care for critically ill patients in a high-acuity environment. The role involves managing complex medical conditions, including ventilator and tracheostomy care, within a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor critically ill patients, including those on vents and with trachs.
• Administer and titrate critical care drips such as sedation and vasoactive medications.
• Collaborate with physicians, RT, and hospital staff to develop and implement care plans.
• Document patient progress and interventions accurately in CPSI EMR system.
• Respond swiftly to patient emergencies and provide life-saving interventions.
• Support a flexible work environment, including floating between units and functioning as a CNA if needed.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with ICU experience and strong vent/trach credentials.
• Demonstrate proficiency with critical care drips and ventilator management.
• Hold BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications; NIHSS and TNCC preferred.
• Possess excellent assessment skills, adaptability, and teamwork.
• Be flexible to work every other weekend and participate in holiday rotation.
