Assistant Maintenance Manager On-Call Leader (Multifamily)

RPM Living is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Manager for our multifamily communities in Texas. You will perform maintenance tasks, coordinate emergencies, and step in for the Maintenance Manager when needed, ensuring timely completion of work orders and safety compliance. You'll troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs, document activities, coordinate with residents and contractors, and uphold property standards while working a flexible schedule including weekends as #J-18808-Ljbffr RPM Living
