This role will report to the Manufacturing Training Manager and based in Fremont, CA. This is a fully on-site, in office role .Role and Responsibilities:Conduct trainings for manufacturing processesMaintain training records for team membersWork with Production team to develop a training plan for manufacturing team members and assign team members to appropriate trainingsCreate and communicate training scheduleConduct training audits monthlyPartner with HR and Safety to coordinate compliance trainingWork with subject matter experts to develop and maintain standardized work for current skill trainingsWork with Production team to create and conduct on-the-floor lean trainingsShadow current skills training (to be a backup as needed)Skills and Experience:5+ years of experience in a Manufacturing environment in a process/manufacturing/or operations/materials management roleStrong organizational killsAbility to manage multiple projects concurrentlyStrong verbal, listening, presentation, and written communication skillsStrong Microsoft Excel skillsProficiency in the use of Microsoft Office SuiteBloom Energy is an equal opportunity employer and makes employment decisions on the basis of merit.
