Project Manager

Reporting to senior operational leadership, the Project Manager will oversee the successful delivery of commercial construction projects ranging from approximately $5M to $30M in value. This Project Manager role offers exposure to a diverse portfolio and significant autonomy in managing project execution.

Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
Lead project planning, budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractor management
Coordinate closely with Superintendents to ensure successful project delivery
Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular project updates
Monitor project financials, contracts, change orders, and risk management activities
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget
Support business growth through collaboration, leadership, and mentorship of team members

For the Project Manager position, we are seeking:

5+ years of construction project management experience
Experience delivering projects within one or more of the following sectors: education, healthcare, industrial/manufacturing, commercial office, retail, defense, or institutional construction
Strong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, contracts, and financial controls
Experience managing multiple stakeholders including owners, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams
Ability to travel regionally as required for project assignments
Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a desire for long-term career development
