We are looking for a detail-oriented  Transaction Processing Associate to join our Claims Resolution Team in Helena, MT. Highly accurate data entry role entering claim information into our system, ensuring data integrity and timely processing. Working closely with Medicaid provider claims, helping ensure timely and accurate processing.

This role offers  paid hands-on training, a supportive environment, and opportunities for long-term career growth within healthcare administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter claim data accurately into claims processing systems
• Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance
• Identify incorrect or missing information and flag for follow-up
• Maintain productivity while meeting quality and accuracy standards
• Follow established claim submission procedures and guidelines
• Communicate with team members or supervisors about any issues or discrepancies
• Handle confidential information with discretion
• Comply with all data integrity and security policies
• Provide general administrative or clerical support as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of office, administrative, or data entry experience.
• Ability to type at least 40 words per minute with high accuracy.
• Experience working with Medicaid and/or processing healthcare claims, including familiarity with claims review, adjudication, and applicable regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
• Experience with claims management systems or HER platforms is preferred
• Knowledge of  healthcare or insurance terminology is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, grammar, and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and professionalism in both written and verbal interactions.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available).
• Successful completion of pre-employment screening and drug testing required.
