Responsibilities

• Support the planning and coordination of company programmes and their activities.
• Monitor programme implementation and progress to ensure deadlines and objectives are met.
• Act as a central point of contact for internal stakeholders, facilitating clear and consistent communication across teams.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive programme documentation, including project plans, reports, and presentations.
• Organise and participate in stakeholder meetings, responsible for taking minutes and tracking action items.
• Assist in managing programme budgets and tracking expenditures.
• Help identify potential risks and issues, and collaborate with the team to develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure all programme activities operate within company policies and procedures.

• Proven experience as a Program Coordinator, Project Coordinator, or in a similar administrative role.
• Exceptional organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with project management software.
• A proactive problem-solver with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
