Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations and Administration:
- New hire onboarding and enrollment processes.
- FMLA administration, benefit enrollment and inquiries.
- Medical leave administration.
- Assist in the streamlining and optimization of HR workflows and systems.
- Responsively address employee inquiries and labor relations issues as needed.
- Assist in disciplinary procedures as needed.
- Contribute to the implementation of new HR processes and procedures.
- Assist in implementation of an HRIS system.
Recruiting and Talent Acquisition (25% of Time):
- Leverage extensive recruiting experience to identify and attract top talent.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from candidate sourcing and screening to conducting interviews and overseeing onboarding.
- Create and maintain job advertisements, ensuring they are regularly updated.
- Represent the company at job fairs and other relevant events to expand the candidate pool as assigned.
Company Culture Enhancement:
- Collaborate with the team to implement cultural improvements, such as enforcing attendance policies and other initiatives to enhance company culture.
Requirements:
- Experience in the Manufacturing industry.
- Strong organizational skills with an acute attention to detail.
- Proven recruiting and talent acquisition experience is highly preferred.
- Possess a proactive and adaptable personality with a strong drive to succeed.
- Exhibit exceptional interpersonal skills and a collaborative attitude to work effectively.
- Demonstrate problem-solving abilities and the ability to adapt to dynamic work environments.
