Corporate Franchise Associate

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Corporate Franchise Associate in Denver, CO. This role offers an opportunity to join a growing national franchise practice. The candidate should have 3 to 5 years of transactional franchise experience and a commitment to serving the franchise community. Duties Draft and review Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDDs) and franchise agreements. Manage franchise registrations and compliance matters. Address default and termination issues in franchise relationships. Assist with mergers and acquisitions in the franchise sector. Engage in international franchise licensing transactions. Participate in dispute resolution processes. Requirements 3 to 5 years of transactional franchise experience. Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Experience with franchise regulatory and compliance matters. Education Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school. Certifications Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly in the jurisdiction of the resident office location. Skills Excellent legal research and writing abilities.
