Position Overview:

Diversified Sourcing Solutions is seeking a reliable and skilled Industrial Assembler with experience in a manufacturing environment and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks. The ideal candidate is detailoriented, safetyfocused, and comfortable working in a fastpaced setting while lifting throughout the workday.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate general knowledge and safe use of hand tools
• Assemble components and parts using hands and basic tools
• Work with small hardware such as nuts, bolts, and related fasteners
• Read, interpret, and follow written work instructions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area
• Adhere to all company safety protocols and operational procedures
• Lift, carry, and move materials as needed

Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly roles
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (40+ pounds)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Pay & Hours

• Schedule: Fulltime, Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Pay Rate: $18.84 per hour
• PPE Requirement: Proper personal protective equipment—including metatarsal guards—is required at all times
