Job Purpose

Lead and coordinate the HAI training program, including administration, compliance readiness, training delivery, workforce qualification, and workforce capability activities, by developing, scheduling, facilitating, tracking, evaluating, and improving training processes across Business Operations, Quality, HR, Safety, Engineering, MRO, and Plant Operations. This role will be partnering with leaders and subject matter experts to assess business and associate training needs, develop and deliver appropriate training content, monitor completion and qualification status, maintain audit-ready records, analyze training gaps and program effectiveness, and drive improvements that support associate capability, regulatory and customer requirements, operational readiness, and continuous improvement across HAI.

Key Accountabilities Part 1

Training Program Coordination

• Set requirements based on regulations and business needs
• Coordinate schedules, track completion and gaps, and report readiness
• Develop, deliver, and evaluate programs with leaders and subject matter experts
• Maintain records and report completion, gaps, and compliance status
• Analyze results, address gaps, and improve compliance and capability
• Improve materials with instructors

Needs and Stakeholder Coordination

• Align priorities and plans with business needs
• Develop and update content, evaluations, and materials with subject matter experts
• Communicate expectations, status, risks, and actions

Key Accountabilities Part 2

Process Improvement and Reporting

• Report completion, qualifications, trends, readiness, and effectiveness
• Improve tracking, scheduling, records, effectiveness, and audit readiness
• Update procedures, matrices, forms, and records as requirements change
  

Compliance and Regulated Program Readiness

• Administer the drug program, including communications, scheduling, records, vendors, delivery, and issue escalation
• Administer safety programs, support committees, address audit findings, and maintain compliance documentation
• Maintain records and report compliance status
• Identify risks and gaps, communicate concerns, and support corrective actions

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

Minimum Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Training, Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Aviation Management, Quality, Safety, Engineering Technology, or related field required
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered

Minimum Experience

• 3-5 years in training , program coordination, or related work
• Experience coordinating learning programs, systems, or development activities
• Experience delivering instructor-led, hands-on, or work instruction-based learning
• Experience managing and reporting program metrics, qualification data, and audit evidence
• Experience administering employee, compliance, or vendor-supported programs
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives and driving stakeholder follow-through
• Experience in manufacturing, aviation, regulated, or safety-sensitive environments

Skills

• Knowledge of training administration, employee development, compliance processes, and vendor coordination
• Clear written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills
• Ability to deliver effective training using clear, practical methods

• Strong data analysis, root-cause analysis, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills

Working Conditions

• Climate-controlled office environment.
• Exposure to manufacturing and MRO areas.
• Personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required, including:

- Safety glasses with side shields
- Hearing protection
- Safety shoes

• Lifting and handling engine parts weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Travel up to 10%
