Customer Service Representative II
$19 per hourCencora
Customer Service Representative II supporting Cencora's third-party logistics operations. Handles customer inquiries, processes orders, resolves service issues, and coordinates with warehouse and sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Responsibilities
- Process phone, fax, email, and verbal customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Address customer concerns including missed shipments, pricing adjustments, and backorders with prompt resolution
- Coordinate with warehouse associates and field sales to manage special orders and ensure smooth order processing
- Perform data entry for orders, pricing inquiries, and customer record research
- Serve as liaison between customers, field sales associates, and internal distribution center departments
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years customer service, order management, or sales support experience
- Strong oral and written communication abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and inventory management systems
- Knowledge of customer service principles and problem-solving techniques
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical distribution operations preferred
Compensation: $19/hr
